3 New Factories in Ukraine

Knauf Group of Companies will commence the construction of 3 new factories, on a single site in Ukraine for production of mineral wool insulation, gypsum plasterboard and wall render mixes in late 2007. The factories will cater for the increasing demand in Ukraine for building materials, lightweight systems and energy efficiency products. The Fastiv City, Kyiv region was chosen for a combination of reasons including proximity to major markets, transport routes and expertise in large scale industrial developments.
