NOBASIL VL 80 MAT
Application : Technical insulations - Technological Equipment
Datasheets : EN_rvl.pdf
Description
NOBASIL VL MAT is a thermal insulation roll of mineral wool. Corrugated felt is stitched onto one side of the mat using glass thread attaching stitches. It is hygrophobic throughout its cross section.
Use
The mat is intended for thermal, acoustic and fireproof insulation of flat and curved surfaces of technical structures and distribution pipes in permanently dry environments. The surface modification of stitched felt serves as a protective surface layer.
NOBASIL VL MAT
- it has low thermal conductivity - excellent insulation properties
- it is non-combustible - it increases the passive safety of buildings
- it is permeable to vapour, it does not increase the diffusion resistance of structures
- it has acoustic properties
- it is biologically stable - on correct application it maintains long-lasting insulation properties
- it is resistant to microorganisms and rodents
- it is chemically neutral - it does not react with surrounding materials
- under changing temperatures it is stable in volume and shape
- it is adaptable to various shapes of structures
- it is easy to cut to the required size and shape
- it does not absorb water - hygrophobic throughout its cross section
- during transport, storage and handling it is necessary to protect the product against mechanical damage and the effects of the weather
NOBASIL VL MAT is suitable in terms of health and hygiene.
