NOBASIL SPU

Description

NOBASIL SPU slab is made from mineral wool bound with synthetic resin. It is hygrophobic throughout its cross section.

Use

NOBASIL SPU slab is intended for thermal, acoustic and fireproof insulation of flat, single-ply membrane roofs without traffic with a fall in the base, and mechanical anchors to the underlying
roof structure., also for trapeze roofs.

• it has low thermal conductivity - excellent insulation properties
• it has very good parameters of compression and tension perpendicular to the flat slab
• it is non-combustible - it increases the passive safety of buildings
• it has a low vapour diffusion resistance factor - air permeable
• it is biologically stable - on correct application it maintains long-lasting insulation properties
• it is chemically neutral - it does not react with surrounding materials
• under changing temperatures it is stable in volume and shape
• it is easy to cut to the required size and shape
• it does not absorb water - hygrophobic throughout its cross section
• it is anchored by adhesive and mechanical fasteners
• during transport, storage and installation it must be protected from the effects of the weather
• it must be built into the construction in a dry condition

Board NOBASIL SPU is suitable in terms of hygiene.

Packaging:

• The appropriate number of slabs are stacked in the form of a bale, which is shrink-wrapped in PE film. Other packaging methods can be arranged with the manufacturer.
